Job summary

Wild Sun Behavioral and Health Wellness is seeking a dedicated Full-time Mental Health Therapist to support clients with trauma, anxiety, and depression. The role is fully remote, allowing work from anywhere while contributing to a community health clinic setting in Oregon.

You will conduct assessments, implement CBT/DBT, and collaborate with psychiatrists and psychologists to deliver holistic care. A state license (LMFT/LPC/LCSW) and relevant education are required.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active license to practice as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Oregon.
• Experience applying solution-focused psychotherapy methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, including CBT and DBT, to facilitate effective treatment.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, ensuring HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other specialists to provide holistic care.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings for quality improvement.
• Educate clients and families about mental health conditions, treatments, and community resources.
• Stay informed on latest research to continually improve therapeutic approaches.
