Solaris Health System is seeking a full-time remote Mental Health Counselor in Texas. You will conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and use CBT or DBT to help clients manage trauma, anxiety, and depression.

The role offers a flexible remote schedule Monday–Friday 9 AM–4 PM with collaboration across a multidisciplinary team and a commitment to evidence-based practice and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field (SOCIAL WORK, MFT, mental health counseling, or psychology) from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid licensure in Texas as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• Experience with solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and collaborative care.

Responsabilités

• Perform thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Utilize CBT or DBT in sessions to support skills development and emotional regulation.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and protect client confidentiality.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals for integrated care.
• Participate in case consultations and peer reviews to improve treatment approaches.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and families on mental health topics and resources.
• Stay informed on emerging research to apply latest practices.
