Job summary

Affect is seek­ing licensed mental health professionals for remote telehealth care in Oregon. The role supports individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma and related challenges, with flexibility to work within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualified candidates hold an active Oregon license (LCSW/LMFT/LPC or LPC Associate residing in Oregon) and have outpatient/telehealth experience, strong communication, and a trauma‑informed approach.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Oregon license as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPC Associate.
• Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth.
• Person-centered, trauma-informed approach and strong communication skills.
• Comfort with EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and collaboratively develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and coordinate care with the team.
• Participate in clinical team meetings and case consultations.
• Adhere to HIPAA and state licensure regulations.
