Job summary

Wild Sun Behavioral and Health Wellness is seeking licensed Mental Health Counselors. This full-time role is remote with some in-person collaboration in Salem, OR, and runs Monday–Friday, 9 AM–4 PM.

You will assess clients, tailor interventions (CBT/DBT), and document care in HIPAA-compliant records. We value collaboration with psychiatrists and psychologists, ongoing learning, and a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to support adolescents through adults.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited program in SW, MFT, MHC, or Psychology.
• Active licensure as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Oregon.
• Experience with evidence-based psychotherapy approaches and outpatient settings.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver CBT and DBT interventions with individualized adaptations.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant confidential records.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and psychologists for integrated care.
• Participate in case consultations and peer review.
• Educate clients and families about mental health resources and care pathways.
• Stay current with research to enhance practice.
