Job summary

The ideal candidate holds an advanced degree and licensure (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Oregon), with experience in CBT/DBT, psychopharmacology collaboration, and telehealth delivery.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Oregon.
• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment methodologies, especially CBT and DBT.
• Deep understanding of psychopharmacology and ability to collaborate with medical professionals.
• Demonstrated success in providing therapeutic interventions with positive client outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Comprehensive Assessments using validated tools to inform diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Develop Tailored Treatment Plans aligned with client goals and needs.
• Implement Evidence-Based Interventions (CBT, DBT) to manage symptoms.
• Provide Education and Support to clients and families about mood disorders and wellness strategies.
• Monitor Client Progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and medical staff for integrated care.
• Stay informed on best practices and emerging treatments in mental health.
• Participate in Team Activities and case consultations to refine clinical skills.
• Advocate for clients’ needs and reduce stigma surrounding mental health.
