Two Chairs is hiring licensed clinicians to deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adults (18+). Clinicians will use modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, and more, with a caseload of 7–20 sessions weekly and 8–24 hours of weekly availability in PST hours.

Qualifikationen

• Independent California license: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist (PhD/PsyD).
• Willing to expand licensure to other states; company covers costs.
• 2+ years of adult clinical experience; 6+ months teletherapy; PHQ-9 proficiency; EMR familiarity.
• Proven ability to use data to inform treatment.

Aufgaben

• Deliver remote therapy to adults (18+), using CBT/DBT/ACT/MBCT/TLDP/EFT/MI.
• Maintain a 7–20 client caseload weekly; 8–24 hours availability.
• Complete and lock documentation in EMR within 48 hours of contact.
• Participate in weekly manager check-ins and collaborate with other providers.
