Job summary

Two Chairs is seeking licensed clinicians to deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adults (18+) using modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, IPT, EFT and MI.

You will maintain a caseload of 7–20 attended sessions per week and document progress in an EMR, adhering to HIPAA and state regulations. Flexible hours with a supportive team and ongoing professional development are provided.

Qualifications

• Active CT license in good standing (LCSW/LMFT/LPC or Psychologist).
• Willing to obtain licensure in other states; employer covers costs.
• 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+).
• At least 6 months teletherapy experience.
• Proficient with PHQ-9 and client progress tracking.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adults (18+).
• Maintain a caseload of 7–20 attended sessions per week.
• Use data to drive treatment progress and adjust approach.
• Collaborate with other providers and refer clients when appropriate.
• Document progress notes in EMR within HIPAA/state requirements.
