Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking a licensed mental health therapist to provide evidence-based therapy via live video to adults and/or adolescents. You’ll manage a 30-slot caseload, use digital tools and assessments, and deliver culturally responsive care from a remote setting.

You’ll participate in peer consultations and training, with support for career growth within Lyra Clinical Associates. This is a full-time, remote US role with competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC).
• Unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD) or equivalent to practice independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video.
• Maintain a full clinical caseload with diverse clients.
• Engage in peer consultation, quality assurance reviews, and ongoing training.
