Job summary

Lyra Clinical Associates is hiring a full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist to deliver evidence-based care via live video, maintaining a diverse caseload. You’ll assign digital lessons, monitor outcomes, and engage in regular clinical consultation and training, with remote work within the United States.

The role emphasizes culturally responsive care, ongoing learning, and collaboration with peers while handling a range of mental health needs from mild to complex.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license without disciplinary action.
• Master’s degree from a clinical track.
• Experience providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT).
• Experience managing risk and responding to crises.
• Telehealth therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Computer and live video tools literacy (Zoom, Google Meet, DoxyMe, Skype).
• Experience maintaining a full clinical caseload of adults/adolescents.
• Ability to work full-time (~40 hours/week) and authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term, evidence-based live video therapy with a diverse caseload.
• Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to clients and monitor outcomes.
• Participate in clinical consultation meetings and quality assurance reviews.
• Access expert supervision and support for complex cases; engage in training.
