Lyra Clinical Associates is hiring a licensed mental health therapist to provide evidence-based teletherapy via live video sessions. The role supports a full-time schedule with a diverse adult/adolescent caseload from a remote US setting.

You will work within Lyra’s care framework, employing ACT, CBT, CPT, and DBT, while using digital tools to track outcomes and deliver between-session education. Competitive benefits accompany base pay.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted license to practice and ability to work independently
• Master’s degree in a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC)
• Experience delivering evidence-based treatments (ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and measurement-based care
• Ability to manage risk and respond to clinical crises, as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term, evidence-based teletherapy via live video to a diverse caseload
• Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to clients and monitor outcomes between sessions
• Collaborate with peers in clinical consultations and participate in training to enhance skills
• Maintain a full clinical caseload of adult and/or adolescent clients and work around a 40-hour week
