Job summary

Lyra Clinical Associates seeks a licensed mental health therapist to join its remote team delivering Lyra Care Therapy via live video. You’ll maintain a full-time caseload, provide evidence-based treatments, assign digital lessons, and monitor outcomes between sessions.

We support culturally responsive care for diverse clients, offer robust training and expert consultation, and provide a comprehensive benefits package with base pay of $70,000 per year plus retirement, insurance, and paid leave

Qualifications

• Unrestricted clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD or equivalent) to practice independently
• Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC)
• Experience delivering evidence-based treatments (ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and measurement-based care
• Experience managing risk and responding to crises
• Experience with telehealth therapy (video) preferred
• Proficient with live video tools

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video
• Maintain a diverse clinical caseload
• Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments between sessions
• Engage in peer consultations and training
• Support culturally responsive care in a remote setting
• Work in a full-time schedule (~40 hours/week)
