The role requires a Master’s or Doctorate in Counseling or related field, Oregon LPC licensure, and at least two years of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct counseling experience in a clinical environment.
• Proficiency in using EMR systems and telehealth platforms for client management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for rapport with clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to formulate tailored treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions such as CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy.
• Document and maintain clinical records and client files according to ethical standards and laws.
• Facilitate group sessions and individual counseling with a safe environment.
