Job summary

Atlantic Mental and Wellness Center in Eugene, Oregon seeks a Fully Licensed Mental Health Therapist for a full-time, remote-friendly role. You will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based modalities via telehealth or outpatient settings.

Requires active licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD) and a master's or doctoral degree. Salary ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, with benefits and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or doctoral in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field.
• Active licensure in Oregon (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/PsyD).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; documentation compliant.
• Experience with telehealth and EHR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapy for individuals, families, and groups using CBT, DBT, or other modalities.
• Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization during acute distress or emergencies.
• Participate in community outreach to raise mental health awareness and reduce stigma.
