Job summary

Two Chairs is seeking licensed clinicians to deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adults (18+). You will manage a caseload of 7-20 sessions weekly, with 8–24 hours of availability, and use data to guide treatment.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in NH as LICSW/LMFT/LCMHC/PhD/PsyD.
• Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states; the company covers costs.
• 2+ years of clinical experience with adults; 6+ months teletherapy; proficient with PHQ-9; comfortable with EHR.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+).
• Maintain a client caseload of 7-20 sessions per week, with 8–24 hours weekly availability.
• Attend weekly check-ins with manager during the first 6 weeks, then monthly.
• Complete and lock all documentation in EMR within 48 hours of client contact.
