Job summary

Two Chairs is hiring licensed clinicians to provide remote, evidence-based therapy for adults (18+) using CBT, DBT, ACT and other modalities. You’ll manage a caseload of 7–20 sessions weekly with 8–24 hours of availability, Monday through Friday, EST hours.

About 85% of time is direct client care, with 1 hour weekly manager check-ins during the first 6 weeks and ongoing documentation in an EMR system within 48 hours of contact.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Georgia as LCSW/LMFT/LPC or PsyD/PhD.
• Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states; company covers the cost.
• 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+), 6+ months of teletherapy, proficient with PHQ-9 and comfortable with EHR.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+).
• Maintain a caseload of 7-20 sessions per week with 8-24 hours of weekly availability (Mon-Fri, 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. EST).
• Dedicate ~85% of time to direct client care and assessments.
• Attend weekly manager check-ins (1 hour first 6 weeks, then 30 min/month).
• Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust approach by progress.
• Collaborate with other providers and refer clients when appropriate.
• Complete and lock all documentation in EMR within 48 hours of contact.
