Two Chairs is seeking licensed clinicians to deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adults 18+. You’ll apply CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, and related modalities to support client progress in a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in Florida as LCSW/LMFT/LMHC or PhD/PsyD.
• Willing to become licensed in other states; we'll cover the cost.
• 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+), 6+ months of teletherapy, proficiency with PHQ-9, and comfort with EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
• Maintain a client caseload of 7-20 sessions per week, with 8-24 total hours of weekly availability Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. EST.
• Approximately 85% of total time will be direct client care, including therapy sessions and assessments.
• All documentation to be completed, signed, and locked in EMR within 48 hours of client contact.
