Two Chairs is transforming mental health care with remote therapy delivered by licensed clinicians in Washington and across the United States. Therapists provide evidence-based modalities to adults, maintain caseloads, and use measurement-based care to monitor progress.

The role emphasizes HIPAA-compliant documentation, collaboration with other providers, and ongoing professional development, with strong compensation, benefits, and sign-on incentives.

Qualifications

• Active WA license in good standing (LICSW/LMFT/LMHC or Psychologist).
• Willingness to become licensed in other states; costs covered.
• Maintain a caseload of ongoing therapy and new client assessments.
• 2+ years of active, unrestricted licensure (Texas) and clinical assessments like PHQ-9.
• Teletherapy experience and proficiency with EHR systems.
• Schedule sessions 8am–7pm PST, Mon–Fri, with five-day work week.
• Documentation to be completed in EMR within 48 hours; AI-assist option available.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adults (18+).
• Maintain ongoing therapy caseload and assess new clients.
• Use measurement-based care tools to guide treatment and adjust approaches.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation in EMR within 48 hours.
• Collaborate with other providers and refer clients when needed.
• Participate in weekly case consultations and ongoing professional development.
