Job summary

Two Chairs, a Seattle-based mental health company, is hiring licensed clinicians to deliver remote evidence-based therapy to adults. Therapists will work with CBT, DBT, ACT, and other modalities, maintain ongoing caseloads, and use measurement-based care to track progress.

The role requires WA licensure (LICSW/LMFT/LMHC or Psychologist), 2+ years of relevant experience, telehealth familiarity, and EHR proficiency.

Qualifications

• Active license and good standing in WA (LICSW/LMFT/LMHC or Psychologist).
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience with adults.
• Teletherapy experience with EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+).
• Maintain a caseload of ongoing therapy sessions and assessments.
• Use measurement-based care tools to track progress and adjust treatment.
• Maintain progress notes in HIPAA-compliant EMR systems.
• Collaborate with other providers and refer clients when appropriate.
• Participate in weekly case consultations and professional development.
