Job summary

Charlie Health is hiring remote behavioral health clinicians to provide telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients. A Masters in mental health and prior youth experience are required, with strong comfort in video sessions and cloud-based tools.

Role is part-time 1099, with evening availability (3-8pm MT) on weekdays and Saturdays. You will collaborate with a Group Quality Supervisor and treatment teams to deliver personalized care from home.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in mental health or related field required.
• Experience working with youth and young adults.
• Creative and engaging, especially over video.
• Familiar with cloud-based communication tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox).

Responsibilities

• Meet with Group Quality Supervisor or Group Quality Director for regular check-ins (1x/month).
• Follow operational policies and best practices.
• Participate in Treatment Team and Group Supervision sessions.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with clients, families and partners.
• Available during late afternoons/evenings on weekdays and Saturdays.
• Work part-time as a 1099 contractor.
