Job summary
Charlie Health is hiring clinicians to deliver remote telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients. You will join collaborative teams, participate in treatment planning, and maintain strong communication with clients, families, and referents.
Requirements include a Master’s degree in mental health or related field and youth experience. You must be comfortable with video sessions, cloud tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR and outcomes software, and be available 3–8pm MT weekdays
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in mental health or related field required.
- Experience working with youth and young adults.
- Creative and engaging, especially over video.
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools and EMR/outcomes software.
- Part-time 1099 role and willingness to work evenings.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients via telehealth and provide remote therapeutic services.
- Participate in collaborative Treatment Team and supervision sessions.
- Communicate clearly with clients, families, and referents in a timely manner.
- Adhere to operational policies and best practices.
