Qualifications

• Valid state license as LCSW, LCPC, LMFT or PsyD.
• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling or Psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy, compassion, and non-judgmental attitude.
• Strong organizational skills for multi-client management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy using CBT, DBT, mindfulness, or other modalities.
• Set collaborative goals, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.
• Offer teletherapy to ensure access and continuity of care.
