Renewed Life Mental Health Center in Eugene, Oregon, is seeking a Mental Health Counselor for a full‑time, remote outpatient therapy role. You will create customized care plans, conduct psychosocial assessments, and deliver evidence-based treatments to adolescents, adults, and families.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments to evaluate mental health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using CBT and other modalities.
• Document assessments and progress per departmental standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in meetings and rounds.
• Provide case management through external partnerships to improve outcomes.
• Maintain timely, ethical documentation and pursue ongoing professional development.
