You will provide scheduled therapy sessions via telehealth, complete clinical documentation, and manage ongoing client care while adhering to Oregon licensing and ethical standards.

Eligible candidates hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field, are fully licensed, and have experience delivering therapy and creating individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (Social Work, MFT, Counseling, or Psychology).
• Fully licensed to practice without supervision (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).
• Experience delivering therapy and designing individualized treatment plans.
• Strong communication skills, in-person and virtual, with trust-building focus.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with online therapy tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy sessions to clients in Oregon.
• Complete assessments and identify treatment needs.
• Develop treatment goals based on client concerns.
• Use appropriate counseling methods throughout treatment.
• Review progress and adjust care when needed.

We are hiring licensed mental health professionals in Oregon for a full-time remote position. This role involves providing scheduled therapy sessions, completing clinical documentation, and managing ongoing client care through telehealth.

Job Type: Full-Time, Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year, plus benefits
