Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and comprehensive evaluations to formulate individualized treatment plans based on client needs and therapeutic goals.
• Deliver diverse evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients, encompassing individual, couples, family, and group therapy modalities.
• Employ various therapeutic frameworks such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, tailored to optimize client engagement and outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to provide holistic care, ensuring each client receives well-rounded support.

Qualifications
