Job summary

Recovery Solutions Center in Oregon is seeking a licensed professional counselor to join the remote outpatient team on a full-time basis. This role offers teletherapy with flexible scheduling and a supportive environment focused on evidence-based mental health care.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy (CBT/DBT/solution-focused), collaborating with psychiatrists and social workers to ensure holistic care.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPC license in Oregon.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling or Psychology.
• Strong ethics and professional conduct.
• Proficient in EMR documentation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy using evidence-based approaches.
• Utilize CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy as appropriate.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to coordinate care.
• Maintain compliant clinical records and uphold professional standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training.
