• Master's or Doctoral degree in a related mental health field.
• Current licensure as LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Washington state.
• Experience with mental health assessments and treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify needs and goals.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy using CBT, mindfulness, and related modalities.
• Lead psychoeducational groups to empower patients.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and psychologists for coordinated care.
• Respond to crises with appropriate immediate intervention.
• Educate patients and families about mental health and community resources.
