Job summary

AAA The Auto Club Group is seeking a remote, full-time member services specialist to manage inbound and outbound member interactions, promoting memberships and card offers with a consultative approach to maximize sales and deliver an engaging service experience.

You will participate in a 13-week training program with 8:00am–5:30pm EST hours, then move into morning/afternoon shifts. The role emphasizes first-call resolution, teamwork, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must qualify, obtain, and maintain applicable state licenses for selling/servicing Auto Club Group products.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service/sales experience in a fast-paced computer-automated environment.
• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to multitask and work with a team.
• Basic PC navigation, Internet usage, email, and application switching required.

Responsibilities

• Handle membership inquiries via first call resolution, including billing and renewals.
• Drive membership and credit card sales through proactive promotion and closing skills.
• Identify opportunities for new memberships, upgrades, and product enhancements.
• Support membership sales initiatives through campaigns and member interactions to maximize conversions.
• Cross-sell via account maintenance and other sales opportunities; assist with information delivery to members.
