Job summary

Gravity Haus is seeking a motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our Membership Sales team. You’ll drive pipeline growth through outreach, tours, and events, guiding prospective members from first contact to signed membership.

You’ll share time between acquiring new members and owning renewals, engagement, and churn-reduction for an assigned portfolio, with unlimited earning potential across sales and retention incentives and exclusive Gravity Haus destination perks.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven sales experience in hospitality, lifestyle memberships, or related fields.
• Experience in account management, renewals, or member retention.
• Proven success in prospecting, forecasting, and achieving membership sales goals and renewal targets.
• CRM expertise (HubSpot) with ability to track key KPIs (ARR, MRR, churn, retention).
• Strong communicator with ability to build lasting relationships and foster communities.

Responsibilities

• Execute inside/outside sales to attract new members via outreach, tours, and events.
• Manage new membership sales goals and forecast using HubSpot CRM.
• Own renewal pipeline, proactive outreach, and win-back conversations for at-risk members.
• Design and run member engagement programs to deepen loyalty and reduce churn.
• Collaborate with Events, Partnerships, and Marketing on acquisition and retention campaigns.
