Responsibilities

• Coaching mindset: use KPI data and observations to craft behavior-based coaching plans.

• Cultivate excellence: lead virtual team huddles and 1:1s to model high standards.
• Strategic escalation support: resolve issues and provide learning opportunities for associates.
• Change & Continuous Improvement: contribute to pilots, process improvements, and new initiatives.
