Job summary

Broadview Federal Credit Union in Buffalo is seeking a Member Service Representative to help members navigate their financial lives. Starting pay is $20/hour and the role is remote from Buffalo with a transition to a hybrid model in the future.

The position is full-time with benefits, includes three weeks of training in Albany, NY (hotel provided), and opportunities for career growth. You will assist members by phone with accounts, loans, and online banking while delivering exceptional service.

*Please note: This position is currently remote with the intention of moving to a hybrid model in the future. Three weeks of training in Albany, NY is required for this position. Broadview will provide your hotel for this training.

Schedule

Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Most of our opportunities are full-time, although part-time positions may be available.

Full-time positions are based on a 40-hour work week:

• Shifts are typically eight hours in length and include a 30-minute unpaid meal period.
• Employees are scheduled to work every other Saturday. When scheduled to work a Saturday shift, employees receive a day off during the same work week.
• We offer schedules across our operating hours and encourage candidates to discuss their availability during the interview process.
