Job summary

Spade Recruiting is seeking a candidate for a remote engagement role focused on informing union members about programs that may benefit them and their families. You will connect with members via phone and virtual appointments, explain options, and guide them through available programs in a clear, client-centered manner.

You will learn about each member’s priorities, coordinate scheduling, answer questions, and help with forms while maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Connect with members through phone calls and virtual meetings.
• Coordinate and organize appointments using digital scheduling tools.

• Explain available programs in a clear, professional, and easy-to-understand manner.
• Assist members with completing necessary forms and documentation.
• Maintain accurate electronic records and follow established procedures.
• Follow up with members to answer additional questions and provide continued support.
• Participate in regular coaching, training, and leadership development opportunities.
