Job summary

Alameda Alliance seeks a Member Services Representative I to be the main contact for members and providers, addressing benefits, eligibility, claims, and coordination questions. You will handle high call volumes, document interactions, and escalate as needed.

Working in a fast-paced call center environment, you will de-escalate issues, educate members about plan options, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve inquiries and improve member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of direct customer service experience.
• Call center experience is a plus.
• Bilingual proficiency required in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for members, providers, and questions.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, chat, and mail in a timely manner.
• Accurately document all interactions in the CRM system.
• De-escalate situations and guide members to appropriate resources.
