Qualifications

• Cash handling experience and basic math skills are required.
• 1+ years in sales, retail or customer service with success in meeting goals.
• Willingness to be trained in credit union products and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with members and colleagues to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Provide best-in-class service at the counter, drive-up, phone, or mail with various financial transactions and troubleshooting.
• Educate members about financial opportunities and promote Connexus products, services or policies.
• Complete member transactions accurately and efficiently while following department and regulatory guidelines.
• Operate and balance cash drawer daily with minimal balancing errors.
• Monitor chat queues and respond to support across channels to ensure a seamless member experience.
• Protect assets through risk mitigation and confidentiality.
• Aim for personal performance goals and contribute to branch goals.
