Walden Local Meat Co. is hiring a Member Experience Associate to serve as the human voice for members via email and phone, ensuring a warm, helpful experience.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, independent weekend coverage, and acting as a public ambassador for our mission to deliver high-quality, traceable meat. You’ll engage with members to optimize deliveries, answer questions, and maintain relationships while supporting internal teams across marketing, operations, and wholesale

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles and ability to communicate clearly.
• Ability to empathize with members and resolve issues effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and support software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls and email tickets with friendly, concierge-style service.
• Educate members on optimizing monthly deliveries and account changes.
• Respond to social media comments and DMs, escalating where needed.
• Aim to resolve issues and delight members with exceptional service.
• Build member loyalty through creative problem-solving and empathy.
• Coordinate on-the-fly delivery adjustments with drivers to ensure smooth monthly home deliveries.
• Represent member voice to help improve the overall experience across teams.
• Flag personal development opportunities and meet performance goals.
