Job summary

Southern Berkshire Chamber is seeking a Member Experience Channels Representative to handle member inquiries via phone, chat, and secure messaging from Pittsfield, MA. This remote role supports loans, deposits, and online banking, with a 8:30a-5p schedule and occasional Saturday coverage.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a member service, operations, or loan processing role.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries via phone, chat, and secure messaging.
• Research and resolve issues related to loans, deposits, online banking, and other account servicing.
• Educate members on Credit Union products and services and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Provide guidance for digital banking features and online services.
• Maintain knowledge of products, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Participate in sales and service campaigns to meet goals.
