Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
2–5 years of experience in data analytics or member experience.
Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL preferred).
Experience with CRM or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

Use advanced analytics, AI-powered insights, and real-time feedback to identify patterns.
