Job summary

FourLeaf Federal Credit Union in Bethpage, NY seeks a Member Experience Intelligence Analyst to transform member-interaction data into actionable insights using advanced analytics, AI-powered tools, and real-time feedback channels.

You will work with cross-functional teams to improve satisfaction, loyalty, and operations, while managing VoM surveys, dashboards, and reporting. Remote options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in data analytics, business, behavioral science, statistics or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in data analytics, customer/member experience, strategy, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience with visualization and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL preferred).
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams with advanced Excel) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau or SQL), Qualtrics, Medallia, CRM or similar platforms are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Experience Data & Insights Development: Collect, consolidate, and analyze member‑experience data from digital platforms, survey tools, CRM systems, and operational sources.
• Advanced Analytics & Insight Generation: Apply segmentation, trend analysis, predictive modeling, and text analytics to identify drivers of member satisfaction.
• Voice of the Member Intelligence (VoM): Manage survey programs and feedback channels, synthesize input to identify themes and expectations.
• Strategy, Collaboration & Change Enablement: Present findings to leaders, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and track impact of improvements.
