GTE Financial is seeking a customer-focused, problem-solving professional for the Member Experience Advocate I role in downtown Tampa. The Member Care Team is an empowered group committed to member growth, the department, and the community, owning the member experience and driving a remarkable service journey.

Responsibilities include handling inbound calls and virtual teller sessions, resolving checking and savings inquiries, and guiding members to appropriate products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1-3 years' experience in customer service, banking, or call center
• English and Spanish bilingual preferred

Responsabilités

• Manage inbound calls and virtual teller sessions
• Resolve member inquiries about checking/savings, transactions, and balances
• Refer loan referrals based on member needs to increase engagement
• Educate members on products/services to provide one-point resolution
• Adhere to credit union procedures and policies
• Support members and team with timely, prepared assistance
