Globe Life AO is seeking motivated, service-oriented professionals to join our growing virtual team as Remote Member Engagement Advisors. You’ll work with individuals and families through virtual appointments, explaining life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits while delivering exceptional customer service.

This fully remote role blends member services, education, relationship management, and consultative sales, with training, licensing guidance, and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Physically located within the United States.
• Access to a computer or laptop with webcam and microphone.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet home workspace.
• Willing to conduct virtual client appointments and complete required training.
• No prior insurance experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations through Zoom and phone.
• Welcome and assist new and prospective clients.
• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits.
• Guide clients through applications and enrollment.
• Provide ongoing customer service after enrollment.
• Maintain organized digital client records.
• Follow applicable state insurance requirements and company procedures.
