Job summary

Jukebox Health, Inc. is hiring a compassionate Member Engagement Coordinator to be the primary contact for clients and care coordinators.

You will guide members from initial contact through post-project satisfaction, scheduling evaluations, and coordinating with occupational therapists to kick off the home modification process. The role requires handling high-volume outreach, inbound inquiries, and partner communications while maintaining high-quality, empathetic interactions with older adults

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high call volume, customer-facing role with care coordination or client services.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and communicate with empathy, especially with older adults or high-needs populations.
• Comfort in fast-evolving processes and multiple tools (CRM, cloud phone, email, text).

Responsibilities

• Outbound calls throughout the member journey; schedule occupational therapy evaluations and reminders.
• Handle inbound member inquiries and hand off with context to internal teams.
• Communicate with health plan and referral partners; apply program rules; maintain standards.
