Job summary

Jukebox Health, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Operations Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone for home modification projects within their region.

You will be the primary contact for the service provider network, coordinating bids, scheduling work, collecting closeout documentation, and maintaining accurate CRM records. You'll collaborate with Project Managers and the Member Engagement team to surface risks early, resolve issues quickly, and ensure a smooth experience for

Qualifications

• 2+ years in vendor/contractor coordination, dispatch, scheduling, or project coordination (≤140 chars).
• Strong phone presence; comfortable talking with contractors/vendors.
• Persistent follow-up with busy people who respond slowly.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and admin operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping details.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable learning new technology platforms; remote work experience.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for events or field visits.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails; escalate to PM when needed.
• Follow up with providers to obtain bids.
• Schedule and confirm project start dates.
• Monitor active projects; flag delays or risks early.
• Ensure providers understand expectations, timelines, and documentation requirements.
• Build trusted relationships with our network to keep providers responsive.
• Keep a high volume of projects moving through stages.
• Work daily from operational queues to set priorities.
• Send reminders ahead of milestones and deadlines.
