No prior insurance experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, and licensing guidance, with flexible scheduling and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willing to obtain Life & Health Insurance license.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfort conducting virtual client appointments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations via Zoom and phone.
• Welcome and assist new and prospective clients.
• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health benefits.
• Guide clients through applications and enrollment.
• Maintain organized digital client records.
• Provide ongoing customer service after enrollment.
