This 100% work-from-home role requires no prior insurance experience and includes comprehensive training, licensing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing support.

You’ll meet with members via Zoom and phone, assess protection needs, and recommend personalized solutions, guiding clients through enrollment while maintaining excellent service

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Have a computer or laptop.
• Reliable high-speed internet.
• Webcam and microphone.
• Quiet, professional workspace.
• No prior insurance experience required, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet virtually with members through Zoom and phone appointments.
• Connect with qualified members who have requested information.
• Learn clients’ protection needs and recommend personalized benefit solutions.
• Explain insurance options clearly and professionally.
• Guide clients through enrollment.
• Maintain accurate records with compliance guidelines.
• Provide outstanding customer service before and after enrollment.
