Job summary

Imagine360, LLC seeks a Communications and Engagement Specialist for a 100% remote role focused on member education campaigns for Upland Advocacy. You will work with HR leaders, brokers, and client teams to inform and engage employees about healthcare cost solutions.

Responsibilities include content development, campaign deployment, success tracking, and ongoing refinement of educational strategy for multiple clients. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in marketing or communications are required.

• 3+ years experience in marketing, communications, content design, or e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client education, campaigns and outreach activities across channels.
• Develop client-specific member communications strategies and segment audiences.
• Coordinate with external vendors for printed materials and distribution.
• Manage inquiries and connect individuals to internal specialists.
• Test and refine digital engagement methods using analytics.
• Set up scalable education campaigns across print and digital channels.
• Ensure content aligns with brand messaging across brands.
