You will turn complex topics like HSAs, FSAs, investing, saving, and healthcare benefits into clear guidance, building scalable content libraries and connected journeys that motivate members to take meaningful actions. Remote-friendly role with onboarding at Trailhead; collaboration with UX, Product, Marketing, and Analytics to ensure

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in content strategy, content writing, or digital education.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience applying behavior change, behavioral science, or engagement principles.
• Experience designing educational content that helps audiences understand complex topics and take action.
• Experience using measurement approaches to evaluate content effectiveness and optimize engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear, engaging educational content about HSAs, FSAs, investing, saving, and healthcare benefits.
• Translate complex concepts into approachable, actionable content for diverse audiences.
• Design guided learning experiences that organize education into structured journeys and modules.
• Apply behavioral science and engagement principles to motivate action and reinforce positive behaviors.
• Create contextual nudges and lifecycle communications across mobile, web, email, and other channels.
