Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from members and caregivers to identify and resolve needs.
• Provide recommendations to close gaps in care and support member health outcomes.
• Process authorizations or refer issues to investigators as needed.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to improve processes and outcomes.
