• Proficiency with common office software and systems (Salesforce, Word, Excel).
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsabilidades

• Review account balances and research discrepancies.
• Process payments and prepare deposits and accounting entries.
• Respond to member billing inquiries with professionalism and care.
• Support membership retention and collaborate with departments.
• Assist with special projects and maintain knowledge of AHN programs, Salesforce, RingCentral, and accounting systems.
