IQVIA MedTech is seeking a Field Service Coordinator to support on-site teams and interact with healthcare professionals. You will schedule technicians, coordinate equipment and daily needs, and help ensure installations run smoothly across remote locations with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of project coordination experience including scheduling technicians.
• Active, unrestricted driver license and personal vehicle required for local work.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Able to clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements, including proof of vaccination status.

Responsibilities

• Assist field service staff with scheduling, coordinating work, tools, and daily needs.
• Set up and organize equipment and workstations.
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation.
• Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff.
• Provide on-the-job training for new hires.
• Complete other duties at management's discretion.
