Job summary

IQVIA MedTech CFS is seeking a detail-oriented field service coordinator who can support technicians and interact with hospital staff. This remote home-based role requires coordinating schedules, tools, and on-site needs while ensuring quality service and timely communication.

You will facilitate training for new hires, assist with credentialing processes, and travel as required by projects, with a 40-hour work week and reimbursement for travel time and mileage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of demonstrated project coordination experience including scheduling of technicians and interacting with clients.
• An active and unrestricted driver license and a personal vehicle for local work-related assignments are required; travel time and mileage reimbursed.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements, including proof of vaccination status; up-to-date immunizations may be required.
• Travel to project sites may be required; immunization requirements as per facilities.

Our MedTech Field Service Agents employ their technical and customer service experience by collaborating with healthcare professionals and technicians.

You will be responsible for coordinating technicians, assisting with their needs to complete the job, interacting with the customer and coordinating the support of an on-site team.

Schedule

Workers will work an assignment-based schedule with 40 hours commitment per week. This is primarily a remote home-based role with travel as required by the project.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1-2 years of demonstrated project coordination experience including scheduling of technicians and interacting with clients.
• An active and unrestricted driver license and a personal vehicle for local work-related assignments are required for this position. Travel time and mileage are reimbursed.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds required
• Ability to clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements, including proof of vaccination status
• Position may/will require up to date immunizations

Potential base pay

The potential base pay range for this role is $2-$30 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
