Job summary

IQVIA MedTech CFS is seeking a Field Service Coordinator to blend technical know-how with customer service, supporting on-site hospital teams. You will coordinate technicians, prepare equipment, and communicate with customers for smooth installations and ongoing support.

This remote, home-based role requires travel as needed by projects, a high school diploma, and 1–2 years of project coordination experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
1–2 years of project coordination experience including scheduling of technicians and interacting with clients.
An active and unrestricted driver license and a personal vehicle for local work-related assignments are required; travel time and mileage are reimbursed.
Ability to sit and stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Ability to clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements, including proof of vaccination status.
Position may require up-to-date immunizations.

Responsibilities

Assist field service staff with scheduling, coordinating work, tools, and everyday needs for field work.
Set-up and organization of equipment and workstations.
Conduct routine checks and records data from product tests after installation and configuration.
Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff.
Provide on-the-job training (OTJ) for new hires.
Complete other duties at the discretion of management.
